NEONBLUE! ask that all Customers be aware of the Terms + Conditions that this Label operates under in regards to the placing of Orders. See below for more info.


Ordering + Payment

NEONBLUE! uses Paypal for Online Orders and operates strictly in Great British Pounds (GBP) only for both Online and Mail Orders. If customers do not have the facility to purchase products Online, or prefer to place Orders by Mail, please follow the steps laid out below:

* Click on the ‘Mail Order’ link. Select "Save As". Print the Form and complete as applicable making sure you’ve filled out the Form correctly adding the relevant P&P costs to your Total. Send the completed paperwork, along with payment, to the address at the bottom of the Form.

Payment methods accepted for Online Orders are as follows:

U.K. Customers = Paypal payments only.
Non-U.K. Customers = Paypal payments only.

Payment methods accepted for Mail Orders are as follows:

U.K. Customers = Personal / Business Cheques or Postal Orders.
Non-U.K. Customers = Personal / Business Cheques only.

Please make sure, when paying via Cheque, that you place your Full Name and Contact Details on the back of the Cheque. All Payments should be made out to ‘NEONBLUE!’.

All NEONBLUE! prices are inclusive of V.A.T. but we ask that any Customers outside of the U.K. be aware of any Import Taxes, Duty or other related charges your Orders may incur upon entering your Country. NEONBLUE! accept no responsibility for any said charges being applied to Customers Orders.


Shipping + Handling

U.K. Customers Only = When placing an Order please allow up to 28 days for delivery as all garments are individually made for each Customer.

All Non-U.K. Customers = Orders from Customers outside of the U.K may take longer than the standard 28 days to deliver so we ask that Non-U.K. Customers please account for this when placing their Orders.

* All items are sent out to Customers through Royal Mail (First Class, Recorded Delivery) and come with an individual consignment number. In the unlikely event of an Order going missing, please contact NEONBLUE! via Email (retail@neonblue.co.uk) stating your Full Name, Contact Details (including your Full Address) along with your Order details (Garment Code, Size, relevant Colours and the Date that you placed your Order). We will reply via Email, within 48 hours of receiving your information, to update you on your Order.


Returns Policy

* All NEONBLUE! garments are made individually for each Customer and as such the garments go through thorough quality checks before being hand-packed and sent out. As a result of this high level of quality control NEONBLUE! operates a strict No Returns / No Refunds policy and ask that all Customers be fully aware of this fact before placing any Orders. This does not effect your statutory rights.

* All relevant information regarding garment sizes and colours etc. are provided in their relevant sections and as such we ask that all Customers check their Orders thoroughly before submitting them to us as NEONBLUE! accepts no responsibility for any Orders sent out to Customers that are found to not be as they required due to the Customer having filled out the relevant information incorrectly (either through the website or via the printable Mail Order Form ).

* In extreme cases Customers should still feel free to contact NEONBLUE! via Email (retail@neonblue.co.uk) in regards to any queries that they may have concerning any Orders pending or received.


Privacy Policy

* All information provided by Customers when placing Orders with NEONBLUE! is strictly confidential and will in no way be released to any Companies / Third Parties exterior to NEONBLUE! itself.


Miscellaneous

* Please be aware, before Ordering products from NEONBLUE!, that we go to great lengths to make sure the images used in the Store section of the website are as true a representation of the designs as possible. However, garment and design colours may vary slightly from those shown on screen due to the limitations of colour matching.

If Customers have any apprehensions about Ordering any product from NEONBLUE! based on the possible iinaccuracy of the colours displayed on the website, we ask that you feel free to Email the NEONBLUE! Team (retail@neonblue.co.uk) requesting actual ‘raw material’ photographs and we will reply within 48 hours of receiving your information with the relevant files for your viewing.
